Doc Manager users can set up multiple recipients for each customer and select which sales documents each recipient is to receive. They can format separate email messages for the invoice and the sales order. Then at the end of the day or periodically throughout the day they can batch email the sales documents. History of sent documents is maintained so documents can be easily resent. Paper documents can be printed for customers not receiving emailed documents.
