GP Users can quickly and easily view MAX documents as well as transactions affecting the GL.  See the complete detail of MAX invoices, vouchers and purchase orders or drill into specific MAX transactions that affected the GL, all on the screen without pulling paper reports.

Maintain customers, vendors, shipping methods, payment terms, and salespersons in multiple MAX databases from within GP.   Users can select to update any, all or none of their MAX databases when updating records in GP.  Avoid redundant data entry when multiple MAX databases share customers and vendors.
